Visited the office today. Most of the staff members are very professional. There is another dentist in the office. I listed on my file in 2011, Dr. Hanna only. Requested a copy of my file on two different occasions to make sure it's noted. Today, guess what, the other doctor checked my teeth. I was not a happy camper. In the future when visiting your physician with multiple physicians in the practice, make sure your request is made up front. This is the second time and the front office staff stated that at some point Dr. Hanna will not be here. My reply was, it's my choice to stay here or seek another dentist. The nerves of her. She doesn't understand that my bill pays her salary or she just don't care. Dr. Hanna once again apologized. That's the 2nd strike.
