Dentistry Revolution

I recently saw a bumper sticker that said, "I love my dentist." I need one of those! Dr. Kordsmeier truly creates beautiful smiles. Kimberly, the financial administrator who works at the front desk, is helpful and knows all about insurance questions. She is very good at explaining the co-pays and procedures cost breakdown. She really makes me feel that I am her only patient because she takes time with me, and explains all the details. Kimberly and her entire team make you feel extremely comfortable from the moment you walk in the door and throughout the entire visit. I don't feel like a patient when I go in, but more like extended family! Elizabeth (Liz) is the new receptionist and she is very capable and helpful. Scheduling an appointment is easy and if you have an emergency issue, Liz works hard to let the doctor see you ASAP. She will try to schedule you sooner when a cancellation came up, and she does an amazing job of providing reminders for appointments.
