Ordered (and paid extra for) 8 piece original recipe--4 breasts & 4 thighs. Had to wait while it was cooked. Got home & discovered 2 breasts, 2 thighs (almost done), 2 legs, 2 wings. Decided not to go back to the store & have to wait all over again. Decided not to go back ever again. Period. They nearly always get the order wrong.

I went in on a Tuesday evening and wanted the 10 piece meal deal that cae with your choice of 3 sides. First I had to wait in line for 15 minutes before I even gave my order. There were only 2 people in front of me one of which had already ordered when I came in. When I finally got to the cashier/server and tried to place my order they were out of 5 of 7 sides that you have your choice from but they did not tell me this when I ordered they just coming back to me and telling me they were out of that item and of the 2 items they had left they would normally have been my last choices. Instant mashed potatoes and overdone macaroni and cheese. I was in there at 7:00 oclock in the evening. The guy that had been handeling the drive up asked my server if this was normal as he had just transfered from a diffrent location and she said yes and welcome to the grandview normal. I'm just glad i did not try the drive up or I would of been trapped with no way out as they were doing the same thing to the drive up window that they were doing to me inside and it is only one lane on that side of the building so even if you give up there is no way out. So I was in there for over half an hour for a to go order.
