We were so disappointed. We came to celebrate my father in law's birthday before my son's t-ball game. After waiting 30 minutes for drinks, we alerted the manager who promptly did nothing. Then the wrong drinks were delivered by our less than enthusiastic waitress. Our checks were wrong. My mother in law who offered to pay settled the bill and right before we were running out the door much later than we had hoped, the server brought me a separate check for another $45! We didn't have time to verify the purchases as we were already late for my sons game due to the wait on the drinks and food. We added up the totals later and it looks like we were over charged by at least $30. My husband called and spoke with a manager or someone from HR. 2 weeks later now, we've received a $10 gift card. I really do appreciate their attempt to make things right but this doesn't even cover what we were over charged nor that the overall experience was frazzling and frustrating. It's unfortunate as the food was good.

We took the buzzer from the hostess and walk back out to our car to wait because it was crowded inside. We park in the spot closest to the door. After 45 minutes we went in to check. The hostess said that they had buzzed us but it didn't work because we were outside and we would have to wait an additional 15 minutes because we missed our table. The hostess gave us the buzzer she watched us walk outside with it. She did not say anything indicating the buzzer would not work outside and she did not say anything telling us that we may need to stay inside. I gave the buzzer to the hostess and told her that she lacked proper etiquette as a hostess and that it was rude of her to not let us know that we needed to stay inside. She had a frown on her face like she was more upset than I was.This was the worst service I have ever had before I even met my waiter. If your going for the first time do not go to this location. It will ruin your entire outlook on the chain. At least it did for me.
