I bought my home from Ryan homes few years ago and Masters installed my original equipment. I recently called them as we are not getting enough cold air from the air conditioning unit. The guy who came in charged $99 for basic diagnosis, during basic diagnosis they will not touch your air conditioning or HVAC unit. To identify the problem for the unit failure, they need another 244 dollars. The guy told me, once he identifies the problem, will charge couple of hundred dollars more for fix it. After seeing how good the guy did the job, I let me him go after paying $99. The technicians at this company neither have work ethics nor good at their work, they simply interested in robbing the customers. It is the worst money I ever spent on a repair.

This company takes your money for a service contract and then does not perform the service. They did not do my spring 2010 or fall 2009 heating and a/c service. Moreover, they refused to send me a copy of my so-called "policy". I used Masters because they installed the original equipment in my new home. My cooling system stopped working properly recently as a consequence. Whem I asked for service, they sent an imcompetent repairman who could not fix the unit. When I called today, I was informed that he no longer works with the company.



I am now reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the Maryland State Department of Consumer Affairs for fraud. Do not do business with them.
