It's hard to tell what's a real review and what isn't. My name is Jason. I live in Columbia Heights. I am a real customer and I will be writing this review now and updating it later today (when the work is finished).



I bought the Living Social deal. I arranged for them to show up on 1/7/13. They were supposed to arrive between 12-3pm. They called at 3:45 to say they were on their way. When they got there they started cleaning right away. Since I don't have carpet I "traded" that part of the coupon for them to clean out my intake duct too. They did this with no problem.



They tried the up-sell. They pointed out some areas where I had some rust (drop pan) due to condensation leaking from drip line. They explained that this could lead to mold, etc, etc. They offered to do a complete cleaning, flushing of system, sanitizing, etc, plus a 2-year guarantee in which they'll come out once per year to check the system...for $399. I told them I couldn't afford that. They called their manager and reduced the price to $250.



Since I have no frame of reference if this is a good deal or not, and I had my father at the condo to oversee their work (he knows about houses, etc), I agreed. I'll let you know more after it's all said and done.

They were friendly and careful while they cleaned. Did a great job!

The technicians were very informative as to the service they would perform. We felt very comfortable with them. It was exactly what we wanter and will do this again!

The overall experience was excellent. The job performance was exceptional and up to the highest standards.

Bait and switch.



My experience with this company is the same as several reviews posted here. I bought the living social $49 coupon for air duct vent and dryer vent cleaning (a deal too good to be true in hindsight!). Their "technician," Jose, talked me into cleaning the air duct returns for $16 each. As soon as he opened the first return vent, he said that we had a mold problem. Being an inexperienced homeowner, I agreed to have them clean the mold for $298. While they were setting up for mold cleaning, I went online and checked the company's reviews. I soon found out that this is a scam. Immediately I asked Jose to stop--this was just 10 minutes after I gave him the "go"--but he said he had already treated the mold! Of course, I refused to pay the $298 mold cleaning fee. First, I don't believe my venting system had a mold problem. Second, even if there were mold, there is no way they could set up their equipment and clean it in 10 minutes.



So Jose called in to his manager. The manager said that they can reduce the fees to $150 to "make me feel better." But before I had a chance to reply, Jose got angry and asked his assistants to go and "leave everything open." They did not even finish the basic cleaning and left all vents unscrewed and open. Before leaving my house, Jose went down to the basement and ripped the dryer vent open! I then called in to their company and they hung up on me… This is the worst and most ridiculous home service I have ever had!

Living Social (deal?? --not so much) $49 for whole house and either carpet or dryer cleaning = permanent damage done to home. Living Social refunded the $49 (to their credit, but refused to help in getting my damages, since MADS refused).



I got the same initial nice guy, then pissy, after I refused the mold treatment. But the thing that left me mighty sore was the fact that around the ducts chunks were taken out of my plaster walls due to their rushed work and sloppiness.



This company is terrible and is only trying to work through the on-line coupon companies to that they can up-sell their unnecessary extra products.



Don't trust them, don't buy from them!!

The staff at the office was very helpful and really made an effort to coordinate a convenient appointment, they even called a day before to confirm it with me.



I bought a Living Social voucher online and schedule a service to get my air ducts cleaned and free carpets as well.Bryan and his crew arrived on time, was nice, professional and knowledgeable . My dryer vent wasn't working and I was about to replace it with a new one. Bryan fixed it for me with no charge!!!



They have a really low prices and work was done behind my expectations !
