This company has held my money for over one month and rescheduled to put in a garage door three times. Manager Mike is arrogant; non-customer orientated and has no ability to handle customers.

The door installer showed up , did not like one Christmas tree bag that was in the garage and said he would come back next week. Did not have my door with him, nor was he ready to install my door. STAY away. This is the worst place I have EVER dealt with.

We went through Tremmel Door for our front storm door, side entry door, side storm door and side cement sill, roughly $1500 in products and services. After less than a year of wear their poor workmanship and TERRIBLE customer service became very apparent. We called and emailed them about 10 times in hopes that they would come out and look at our damaged door and sill and would either repair them through warranty or give us a price to fix the problems we had but were unable to get them to even come out. The owners were unreachable, unresponsive and when we finally spoke with them they were RUDE and hung up the phone with the statement "if you have a problem file a report online". I would rather install a door myself before ever going through this company again. This was a horrible experience and I hope that this review will save anyone thinking of going through this company the hassle.

To be fair, this is the second time we've used them. The first time went OK (garage door). This time, we hired them to install a group of interior doors, and they did all but one (they ran out of stock? standard sizes). They were going to come back the next day to finish but yet expected full payment on day one. My husband checked their work and found a couple to be unacceptable. It was discussed, it was resolved (not to my husband's standards, but I think the doors are OK now). They were supposed to come back the next day to do the last door & they never showed up, never called. It's now been several days, and we still haven't heard from them. My husband thinks they are just slow & disorganized and we'll be hearing from them in a few weeks (not that we will allow them back in the house). I think they got their feelings hurt from a little professional disagreement, but who knows? Who cares? Not me. They won't see our business again. Too bad, too, because this place needs a lot of work!

Ordered doors on April 12th they did not come in until July 18th. Then they told me it would take 2 more weeks to install them. They will not do anything to make us happy. They continue to blame the manufacturer and say I cannot contact the manufacturer. Totally unbelievable how there is no customer service. I have been in business for years and you always try to make the customer happy even when it is not your fault. Go elsewhere.
