Budget Appliance Repair

Keith was fantastic, prompt and professional! He quickly diagnosed the situation with our dryer and within 30 minutes had it up and running, even with a glitchy drum. He even spent a few minutes looking up a replacement knob on Ebay that is a hard to find item. Keith then rechecked our dryer making sure it cycled properly. Everything was in order! I have a few of his cards and will gladly pass them out and recommend Budget Appliance Repair to anyone in need.

They came to my home within a few days from me calling. When they arrived they were polite and pleasant. They said they needed to order a part and it would be in within a week. Around that time they came to install the new part which they then said the mfg. sent the wrong one and they would be back. I paid for the service and the part. They have not returned and I have called repeatedly without the courtesy of a return call. I would never use them again

I had a dishwasher that wasn't working. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and checked to make sure everything else was working like it should.



They know what they are doing, are prompt, friendly, fast, and economical. They are definitely going to be my go-to place for appliance repair.

After the fact it was easy to research this company and noticed there is several BBB complaints open against them. The communication is the worst I have ever experienced. After 2 attempts to fix a dryer (and one no show) I am buying a new one. To make manners worst is when I called to complain about the service I was made out to be the bad guy. The communication is so bad, I do not think the service technician is getting the right information from his phone service, she fails to answer the phone during regular business hours but some how would be able to text…with business I feel talking is probably a more professional communication method. Very disappointed and using this service is pretty much rolling the dice if you want you appliance fixed.

I had a great experience with Budget Appliance Repair. The service was professional and my appliance was repaired in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.

Horrible business this guy comes over to fix leaky dishwasher and says its "fixed". So I ran the dishwasher and it was still leaking all over my floor. I call them back 4 times and left 4 different messages and no call back. I don't recommend this company to anyone unless you want someone to steal your money. I will be reporting this company to the BBB

Warning: Use at your own risk !! Called for repair, He showed up and took moneys for job, Then could not repair, Said he would come back with tool next day>? No show, His wife calls and says next day @ 9am, Again no show, Then she called and says he is stuck in traffic. Then Called 1 hr later an says he got a flat...7 hrs later I call and no answer and no call back after 1 hr...I just want my money back...

I just bought a house, and once I moved in I had issues with both the dryer and the dishwasher. Keith came from Budget Appliance Repair and was able to pinpoint the problems quickly. He had to order parts, but they were available within two days. He finished the job, and everything is working great now! Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Our 15 year old gas dryer was not fully drying our clothes. It seem to be turning on than turning off before the clothes were dry. Checked Angie's List for a repair company in our area. I was impressed with the comments and ratings for Budget Appliance Repair. I called the office on the 28th of April. Talked to Jamie, she was very friendly and fully explained the pricing policy for repairs [$40 for service call, $40 for labor if parts needed replacement plus the cost of parts] . I made an appointment for the very next day. Service Tech Keith arrived and was very professional and friendly. He ran the dryer through various diagnostic tests but found nothing wrong at that time. He indicated that the problem could be intermittent.. He charged me only $40 for the service call since no repairs were made even though he spent time running the various tests. He indicated that the $40 service fee was good for 30 days. Tried to dry a load of clothes a day later and the same problem occurred. Call Jamie back and Keith was out again the next day. He tested the dryer this time with a small wet load. Again the dryer appeared to be working but after 20 minutes the gas burner shut down and did not light up again. Keith expected that could be the problem and knew than that it was the valve coils. He only charged me $40 for the labor and $45 for the parts than took off $10 for being an Angie's List Member. My total cost was $115 for the two service visit and parts. In my opinion that was a very fair deal. I tried a load after Keith left and the dryer seemed to work.. Hopefully, all is well!

Called Budget Appliance to repair my washer it was flooding my basement and wouldn't stop. they fixed it and the price was only $80.00 he didn't even need any parts! Highly recommended.

Our old refrigerator was having some issues, the owner himself came out and fixed our problem, which turned out to be minor, but he did warn us that our refrigerator would probably need to be replaced and we should look into purchasing a new refrigerator because he didn't know how long ours would last. Sure enough, about 1 month later our refrigerator freezer portion quit working. The owner came out and said our compressor was shot, he wouldn't even take money for the service call, he was upfront and said don't spend money on the new compressor, use that money towards a new refrigerator which is what we ended up doing. He could have put in a new compressor at a cost of around $400 to $500, but, he was honest with us. Definitely will contact them again for any other appliance issues.

Nice people....Stove wasn't working had family here,came out and took them about an hour to repair. Highly recommend.

Very professional on time with best price and warranty. Refrigerator was down now up and running within an hour of arriving at my home. Thanks keith for the great service!

My husband called Budget Appliance Repair to help with fixing our GE Profile Cooktop. One burner out of four was not working at the time of the repair call. Keith came out and looked at the job deciding he needed to purchase a new set of burners for the left side of our glass stovetop. After waiting several weeks, he returned to install the part. After the installation, we discovered we could not use both burners simultaneously without them shorting each other out, now having only two working burners. After a couple more visits and another new set of burners from Keith, still shorting out, he tried to diagnosis the problem further and ordered a third set of burners. He told us he now knew what part needed to be ordered. Not knowing if he could get his hands on the part, he told us he would get back with us about finalizing the repair. After weeks of calling Jamie and Keith with no response, my husband finally got a hold of Jamie who told us that Keith will be taking our calls from now on and will be making an appointment with us. My husband, on numerous occasions, tried to call Keith's cell phone and even emailed him (through Angie's List) with no response. We are out $341.16 and a set of burners for the left side of our cooktop. We have now taken up the issue with our credit card company, Better Business Bureau, and Angie's List. After some research and data collection, I am noticing very similar situations with other clients on Yellow Pages, Better Business Bureau, and Angie's List. I encourage others who have had a problem to come forward and complain on all sites. People like this have no right being able to advertise on Angie's List or for that matter continue to stay in business.



Keith, I don't want to hear a reply from you like you did with others making their whole ordeal seem like they were crazy and clueless. The fact of the matter is that you are to blame. You took parts from us and others and didn't replace them, didn't respond back from concerned clients to fix the situation or refund their money, and are still in business getting away with it. Not sure how this is happening, but if I don't receive a credit on my credit card account within the next few weeks, I will continue posting poor reviews until you no longer have clients to rip-off.

This is the most disorganized and unbelievable outfit ever. They have set at least a dozen appointments and have kept maybe three. they lie constantly, never return calls or even answer their own phone and are obviously not able to fix any appliance. I would NEVER recommend this company, if you really need to just give money away and still have a broken appliance, call them! otherwise find any joker on the street to fix your appliances, at least he will show up!

my next step is the better business bureau and angies list!!!
