The team over at A&E Plumbing has been wonderful to work with. These guys work around the clock, and have been out to the house at 2am in the worst situations. I keep their number in my phone now so I can call them asap in case something happens again.

Terrible experience with this company. We were looking for a quote on a backwater valve for our main sewer line. A callout was scheduled between 1pm and 5pm, so I stayed home from work. After 5pm, no one had showed up. A call to their office, resulted in being told 'yes, we were going to call you - we are too busy' by a rather rude individual (Gina I believe). Further voice mails I left later that evening and the next day to attempt to reschedule were met with silence - not a single call back. Do yourself a favor, and go elsewhere. Companies like this do not deserve to be in business.

We called at 7pm on a Friday night. At about 9pm, Scott showed up. We live in a trailer, and he crawled under there with all the mud and spiders in the dark. He hardly charged us anything for the work. He had to come back the next morning to finish the job, and he did at no extra charge. I was expecting to be ripped off because that's what one expects from a 24 hr plumbing service. Not these guys!

They are honest, very reasonably priced, and willing to go above and beyond to get a job done right.



In response to the "scamers" review...

I won't bother correcting your spelling because that's not relevant right now. They charge $125 to come out and look at the problem. If they can fix it, they take that $125 off the ending amount. I have a feeling you misunderstood what you were being told. These guys are not scammers. They are not dishonest about their pricing. It's unfortunate you didn't fully understand what you were getting into, but your description of their service is unfair and untrue.

Anytime Plumbing was very courteous, fast, & fair priced. They were respectful of my home & did an great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I used this company cause they were 24 hours first the guy seemed like we bothered him, then we were given a price of 125 to snake it then he comes in and says its $379 but he would do it for $229 if we out the toliet back on so it cost $150 to put the toliet back on. then he tells us we got a break in the sewer it would cost $2,250 so we called 2 other plumbers to see if he was right and he wasn't. One of the guys actually worked for that company and said they are all scam artists and it use to be a family friend but because of that hes not anymore. all it was was roots and some people need to get it cleaned out every few years. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
