Tried to sell me a 10,000 dollar job that a different company was able to fix for under 200.00

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I agree with Donna M. These guys were accommodating and very knowledgeable. They also gave some advise on a issue we had in our master bath which worked. If we ever need a plumber again, these are the guys we will call.

Good thing I didn't read the reviews first! Dwayne came to our house at 4:45 ona Friday aft. I expected him to be an hourly worker disgruntled by having to work past 5 on a Fri. Much to my surprise, he was one of the most pleasant and helpful people we have had in the last year and we have had puh-lenty of service workers here since we bought this money pit. HE did not charge us since the drains we had had problems with were now running clear due to all the other things we had done trying to solve the problems. Can't say enough good about these people and will definitely recommend them to our friends and use them again if - God forbid- we should encounter this problem again.

I wish I had read these reviews before called them to come out to snake my main line. On the phone the dispatcher quotes the $99 price point, however they don't tell you til they arrive that price is only snaking the main line outside of your house. To do any work inside the cost will just three fold. To make it even worse the joker who did come out tried to make it seem as though I wanted him to lie on his paperwork for the job by asking him to do the work at the quoted price. Please folks don't do business with these people. I have had excellent results with Pats plumbing for much better people and prices.

Be aware of these guys. They are over priced. They use "bate and switch" tactics to draw you in, then create one crisis after another to exploit more and more money from you. They got me for several thousand dollars of unnecessary costs I got wise and obtained a second opinion from a plumber with 30 years experience. He clued me into their devious tactics. their stock in trade seems to be to take advantage of elderly and desperate people. Mr Rooter operates without a hint ethics and I think someone should investigate them for a class action law suit. Stay away from Mr Rooter!

$245 to clean the main drain to the house, lured in by the $99 ad in the redplum mailing. I really should have looked at the fine print and asked more questions before they sent anyone. Apparently it costs $146 to haul the rooter device down and back up 10 steps, which, by my estimate, took one additional minute each way. Nelson Brothers did the same job for me last year for nearly half the price. Just be sure to ask plenty of questions before agreeing to any service.

DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY DO THIS TO YOU...... PROCEED WITH CAUTION Do not use this company. They are running a current special of $99.00 to clean a first floor drain and run a video line to check once complete. I currently had a basement sanitary line cleaned for $325.00. They removed the cleanout cap, snaked the line for @ 30', replaced the cap after 20 minutes and charged me out the nose... for what? I called the main service desk and they said it was up to the field tech to conduct all pricing reviews.... Go figure....It appears they charged over $200.00 to carry the snake down the stairs. Call around and get pricing PRIOR TO CALLING THIS COMPANY. My lesson learned.... DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU
