Service

I called and ordered a cheese calzone, 2 sausage calzones and one pepperoni, I was asked if I wanted anything else. I told the girl taking the order that I just wanted the 4 calzones that I ordered. She told me it would be 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I went to pick up the order. The cashier said that I had ordered only 3 calzones and then she went to talk with someone who told her it would be another 18 minutes. At no time did anyone apologize for getting my order wrong. I wasn't asking for a discount or free food or anything. However I don't think good customer service is too much to ask for. We had never eaten there before and based on this experience we won't ever. There are too many good restaurants around with excellent customer service to settle for anything less.
