Pizza Hut

This is about the fort mill sc pizza hut.

I ordered and was told 47-57 minutes. I called after an hour and a half and was told I would be waiting nearly THREE HOURS. No one bothered calling to tell me. When three hours got here and my order was still sitting at pizza hut, I called back, and was told that they were about to call me and see if a train flipping over impacted me. As if the driver wouldn't have GPS that would tell him that! When I was offered a $15 credit I was rather pissed and told the person I spoke with that I'd just dispute it with the credit card company. At this point the bastard told me he was cancelling the order!
I share a car, and didn't have it tonight. I couldn't just walk somewhere because my young son was in the bed. Worst customer service I've ever had. This was literally my only dinner.
