Getting off or on braces takes only about a hour.You get lots of choices of color (chains,retainer,etc)When you get your braces off you get some balloons and a bag full of goodies (popcorn,jolly ranchers,bubble gum,pretzels,and more).Overall the service was good with friendly staff which are talkative and helpful, they tell you how to floss with braces or retainer, how to wear rubber bands, what kind of tooth paste and mouthwash to use and more.Its loctaion is convenient but you may be confused about all the exits at first (you get used to it).They recommend good dentists.They send happy new years cards every year which is very nice.(Rubber bands, chains, or a retainer not everyone gets its just the things I had) I very much recommend this place
