Dry Clean Super Center

Please be prepared to have cash in hand if the service is $5.00 or less. Today I brought in a shirt and a pant to get cleaned. The cashier refused to take my debit card and told me to go get cash because the total was $ 4.36.

Used this "cleaners" for years had a few issues where they "lost " items and eventually found them. However I purchased new shirts and wanted them pressing and folding for travel. I opened a shirt and noticed stains on the front !! This was new straight from the shop and never worn. They refused to not only refund the cost of pressing and folding. They also refused any compensation for destroying a new shirt. You have no idea who the manager is. I asked for a name they cannot provide I asked for insurance details they don't know. I asked for liability information they don't know.



Anyone in Euless be warned they WILL ruin your items and they don't care. I have spent a small fortune over the years I asked the clerk your prepare to lose my business over this one shirt and she stated yes. Clearly i need to take my business elsewhere. Again do not risk this so called cleaners. They do not stand behind their service.

Worst service! Told my clothes would be ready the next day by 5pm and when I went to pick them up only half of them were ready. Then I noticed a pink stain on all but one. When I asked why my other clothes were not ready, the lady could not explain. Plus now most of my clothes are stained and have to be re-done.

Never had a problem. Been going there probably 8 years.

I took 4 pieces of clothing on a Saturday, April 16th and as of today, April 22nd, still no clothes. No one at this business seems to know where my clothing is. When asked to speak with the manager; no one knows his name; they have no corporate office. I was also told I would be compensated for clothing 3X the value; no money. Later, was told the manager's name is Danny with no last name. How do you work for a company and not know your managers name. The employees I spoke wih were Poncho and Sujerat; who barely spoke English and could offer no help at all... Worst place ever!!! I'm placing a formal complaint with Better Business Bureau. Fair warning; PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR CLOTHES!!!!

I brought a pair of dress pants in to have them drycleaned and have the zipper repaired.

I paid approximaetly $13 to have the zipper replaced. I picked the item up and hung the pants in my closet.

As they were dress pants, I didn't need to wear them until early Feburary. The first time I wore them, the zipper broke.

I went back to the cleaners and explained to them what happened. They had a record that showed they did the work.

The manager told me that I waited too long to report the problem. He inferred that I was not being truthful about only having worn the trousers once, and refused to repair the defect or refund my money.

So the product they installed was junk, and they refused to stand behind their work.
