Elegant Designs Day Spa

I received a coupon for a free pedicure in the mail for this salon. I got a last minute appointment and was seated right away. I was surprised by the location of this salon as it is in the rear basement of tammy square. My pedicure took over two hours and was done by some one I am sure did not have formal training in this area. Though she was very nice it was obvious she was not trained or efficient in giving pedicures. We finally finished 20 minutes after closing and she insisted at giving a gel mani a go. She clearly had no idea what she was doing and the end result was not acceptable and had to be removed. I would not recommend this salon to anyone as it was a huge waste of time for me and very unprofessional results. The entire salon needs to be relocated remodeled and cleaned then restaffed with professional certified staff. I did enjoy the turtle court yard in the back though as I sat there for over two hours waiting for my pedicure to be done I was astonished that the living turtles seen through the window actually moved faster than the staff.
