Viva Nissan

Purchased vehicle in another viva location but Viva Nissan was the most helpful. When trying to get the tires replaced. Very friendly customer service by Roger Kelly and staff.

I purchased a Nissan Altima in Dallas Texas and have moved to El Paso, I took my warranty covered Altima to Viva Nissan for the protective plastic cover on the bottom of the engine compartment that had come lose and was dragging on the ground. Viva informed me that they did not want to cover the warranty due to the fact that this vehicle did not come with scews from the factory to hold that piece on, I explained that this vehicle had never been wreacked or altered in any manner and that I have owned the vehicle since it was new. I removed the cover and when I returned to Dallas for a visit I took my still warranty covered Altima to the dealership there and was informed that in fact they do come from the factory with scews was appolgized there for the way Viva had treated me. I was appologized by a completely seperate Nissan dealership for the way I was treated at Viva. Viva, you guys are a nightmare I will go out of my way to make sure no one that I know will ever do business with you.
