Viva Nissan

Kindly do not go to this dealership eventhough if you have warranty cover work. They will come up with stories that does not make sense. I took my 2017 Maxima for front sensor replacement due to malfunction and recevie message on my dash board. Service Manager Mark and Advisor Jessie told me that if warranty does cover than I have to pay $125 for diagnostic, plus part and labor if decide to that route. I did not leave my car and went to different nissan dealership in town very next day. Gues what they replaced the sensor wiht in 2 hours without hassling me about warranty. My car was under warranty for 36k and 3 yrs and had only 26000 miles when I took it. I will not recommend this dealship for anything

My visit for oil changes have always been more than great. The time they talk to make everything is well and very quick. Great service and very helpful.

Took car in for service pointing out concerns to service personnel. Picked car up and concerns were not addressed. Service manager claimed I was mistaken. Had car checked elsewhere and car had not been checked at dealership.

We had to use our tire warranty service and although I should have gone through the warranty company Nissan staff instead talked to them and did all the faxing for me. I have only had good experiences there. We always buy our cars there and the customer service is better than what we had from other dealerships (mainly the chevy store next to it.) Of course you don’t take your car there for a oil change in the middle of the day and expect to get it in about an hour. But they are pretty good with fixing all the problems we may have experienced. There is usually no problems with our cars so we rarely take it in. After buying 6 cars from them we have noticed that the best time to buy a car from them would be around late November. We have always gotten our cars dropped another 2k+ during that time. Like our last deal (bought in Nov 2010) was a brand new 2012 Altima 2.5 for only 17500!! We will be there again in a couple of months to find a car for my daughter. So if your on here looking to buy a car, then I would highly recommend it. If you want a dealership to fix every little problem then I don’t think I have had enough experience in that area to give an opinion.
