        Best Buy training of sales personnel leaves a lot to be desired. On the first day of a sale I entered this store and presented the flier and asked for a product. I was informed that the product was already sold out. I informed them that the sale was on it's first day, first hour. The salesperson argued that the item was probably on sale on a previous flier mailing. I showed him the flier. I had to ask him to check the computer system. He did not take that initiative at all. It took him 20 minutes before he could tell me that the product was on sale and he could not locate any in the store. He recommended that I go to another Best Buy. I had to ask him to call the other location to avoid wasting time, gas... He grudgingly did so. He then informed me that his 6 calls were going unanswered and that the location is known for never answering the phone! I had to drive to the other location and that turns out to be another sad service review--Best Buy--I hate you!
