Twisted Performance

I would rate zero stars if possible. Do not to go here! Website says don't take your phone to someone's house to get repaired, but this place is worse! No one was ever in the office. Had to go to little yellow trailer in the middle of what looked like a junk yard. Peter who is apparently "the boss" told me it would take an hour to fix, but ended up having to go back next day to pick up phones. He told me I'd get a phone call when ready, but never did. I had to call to see if they were ready. When I got there to pick up phones and pay, their credit card machine was down. And, Peter was no where to be found. Waited 39 minutes with no success. Had somewhere to be so had to leave and come back. Huge inconvenience. Random guy who was there said Peter would be back in 2 hours. We returned after 2 with cash to avoid any further troubles. Again had to go to yellow trailer b/c no one was in the office. Random guy said he had to call Peter to see if cc machine was working when I told him I had cash but to ask if I could get a discount for the inconvenience. Random guy hung up and the old man next to him said "sorry neither of us can approve that cuz we aren't the boss," but of course Peter was no where to be found. Paid for phones but did not get a receipt even after I asked for when one. When I left I noticed the work was poorly done. Casing in phone was bent and not properly put back in place. I would rather pay $20 more at some house place than go back here!

the quality of work is poor and the h.i.d kit that i purchased for 67 dollars is really a 30 dollar kit it is a garbage kit the ballast went out a day after i they installed it the shop is a mess and not well organized the customer service was just terrible. i would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

Called Twisted Performance and was supposed to drop off vehicle to have service done. Upon arrive (30 min. drive) found the buiness open but no one home. The buiness next door to Twisted Performance told me the Manager would be out for a few hours and that I should come back in three hours.
