I've bought 3 cars, had lots of service and have been impressed with each interaction. The service team is great and the sales team has helped me move through the paperwork quickly each time.

Do not go. I took my car in Monday morning with an appointment for a simple diagnostic check (the old check engine light). By Tuesday afternoon, they stil had not got around to checking on the car. They offered to put a "rush" on it. I had to laugh.

Big thanks to Tj, Dave & Kris. I feel I got a fair shake on my trade and didn't need to haggle on the R32 I bought because they were the best price on autotrader already. Cant think of what I would want from a dealer. Seriously guys. Thank you.

Had a great experience at Emich. Smart no-nonsense guys, no fooling around, straight to business and a fair deal. I went from a Mercedes to a Jetta because my Mercedes was on it's last legs. TJ was informative and didn't play games. Love the new Jetta! -Russ

I went hunting for a used A4 Avant on several dealer lots in September. I was looking for a particular year, and engine and asked the salesmen I encountered to call if anything came up. I exchanged cards and moved on the next dealer. One of the few to follow up was T. Ward of Emich. He actually called me with useful information. The experience was relatively painless and we struck what I felt was a fair deal. He even followed up and made sure the vehicle was checked out mechanically before we closed the sale. I would recommend Ward and Emich to anyone looking for a used car in Denver.

I LOVE THIS DLR. I WENT TO DLRS ALL OVER THE DENVER METRO AREA INCLUDING OTHER VW DLRS. THE SALES TEAM AND THE FINANCE TEAM WERE FANTASTIC TO WORK WITH. AS THEY POLISHED UP MY NEW CAR FOR ME I HAD TIME TO TALK WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND THE DETAIL TEAM. THEY WERE ALL REALLY GREAT.

The sales department is great, but be careful of service: they're only too happy to push you over to sales, telling you your car needs more work than it really does, so you may as well buy a new one. I had one estimate come in about $2,000 lower than theirs, and this was from more than one location. They're polite, certainly, but my experience with them is that they're dishonest and they overcharge. Perhaps they could call around themselves and try to get their prices and diagnostics in line with other places in town. I will never go back there.
