Barbee's Freeway Ford

Quick Lane Service Dept. should be name SLOW lane Service Dept. as there is nothing quick about them. I had a pretty good experience purchasing my new 65K dollar truck from the same dealership and purchased the 10 oil change package as well. SAVE YOUR MONEY and do not purchase the oil change. I have stopped by several days over the past 2 weeks and each time they said it would be 3-4 hour wait... for an oil change! They recommended that I schedule an oil change appt., so I called in the next day and asked to schedule an oil change, the person on the phone was annoyed or had no phone personality and said the next oil change appt. was 9 days out. WOW.. it is no wonder all those 3rd party oil change companies are springing up everywhere. It amazes me how they can get your car serviced in 20-45 minutes and the supposed "Quick" Lane takes 9 days or wait for 3 hours. I am really not impressed and have called the business office demanding a refund on the oil change package (Guess what.. they have not called back). At least there many places I can write this review on to maybe help the next person out so they don't get sold a bill of goods!

I just bought a new 2016 Ford Escape from Freeway Ford and want to thank the salesman, Jordan, for the great job he did helping me that day. He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the quality of vehicles he sells but I never felt pressured. After the test drive he answered all of my questions thoroughly so that I could be confident I had the information I needed to make the best decision. I love my new Escape! Outstanding experience. I have purchased many new cars from various dealerships and this by far has been my best experience. Jordan worked with me expeditiously to get the vehicle I wanted with a very fair price on my Trade In. He also worked with the Ryan in finance to assist in this being the shortest wait I have had to get my documents completed. He was very knowledgeable of the new Ford Explorer and also assisted with an issue I discovered after taking possession of the car. Would do it again at Freeway if the situation ever arises. My wife and I had a great experience working with Freeway Ford, specifically Josh and Davis. We had just spent the day at multiple other car dealerships which we left feeling insulted and as if we had wasted several hours of our weekend. Despite feeling defeated we decided we made a last minute decision to check out Freeway Ford because it is just down the street from our house. Absolutely spectacular car buying experience! What impressed me most was my car salesman letting me leave to give the competition its fair shot at my business. Like a lot of people, I was dreading the car buying process. I was very pleasantly surprised. Jordan and Dan were very helpful and accommodating in answering questions, educating us about the car (Escape), and helping us in a very non-pressure-packed way. They made the process actually pleasant! Even the finance session was first rate; very helpful and education focused vs the expected pressure to buy add-ons. I am very impressed.

Recently bought a new F 150 from Freeway Ford. I had been to the auto show and did a test drive and my homework , so I knew exactly what I wanted. I went to dealer #1 and almost settled for less then what I really wanted. They did not have my truck and told me it would cost me another $5000.00 to get what I wanted.

Luckily I went to Freeway for a 2nd opinion. I got the exact truck I wanted, color and everything for not $5000.00 more, but only $268.00 more. Phil, my sales rep was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He had me out the door quickly, with my phone synced and a full tank of gas. (36 gallons). Jeff in finance was about the best I have dealt with. The dealership is clean, nice lobby, the whole experience was enjoyable.

I was looking for a '13 or '14 Ford Escape and Freeway offered me a 2015 model at a similar price that the older models were pricing at. Jordan, Eddie, Ron and Nick were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. In and out with my new Escape in 2 hours. Thanks Guys!!!

My husband and I just traded in our 1999 F-150 for the 2015 Ford Escape. Had never been at Barbee's Freeway Ford before, so didn't know what to expect. Cody Roberts was our sales consultant and we couldn't have had a better car buying experience. Cody was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He worked with finance to get us the best deal and the best payment schedule for us. He also was very organized and quick with solutions. His patience with "older" buyers like us was appreciated. By the time we were ready to drive away, he even had the radio programmed to my favorite station! Lots of smiles and no pressure. Best car buying experience I have had!

Went in for a regular service and was really blown away by how great everyone was. From the time that I got there I knew that they truly had my needs at heart.
