SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service

I had a great experience at speedee Montfort location. I usually dread going to get my oil changed but they were done in under 15 minutes. Everyone was polite & the overall process was so simple. I'll definitely be going back there next time.

The Montfort Location worst owner ever!!!! He still owes me a bottom shield to my car. His mechanics did not put my shield back on correctly and it fell down while I driving on the highway. A giant piece fell off and went into traffic behind me. It could of killed someone or seriously injured myself even. The owner Bruce I think is his name didn't care and said he was not going to pay for a new one. My shield fell off twice and he ignores phone calls still. He will also never call you back. Worst Ever!! I totally plan to sue for multiple reasons if I am not compensated

This location is HORRIBLE, Unprofessional, has Bad Customer Service, and Disrespectful. Do not go to this location ever! If they had good customer service why doesn't he respond to the unhappy customers? Yes they are quick, however the owner is rude if a "repair" wasn't repaired. The warranty states you could have it repaired at another "approved" location but the owner will not allow you to do so. In my case he hung up in my face after I explained to him that I had an asthmatic infant in my car with no air conditioning in the heat, we were 30-40 miles away from his location, and how it would be convenient for me to go to a closer location for the service. Instead, the owner yelled "I will not give you a refund!". Then he actually hung up in my face! I will never go to this location ever! Now the other location was very respectful, the new location's owner actually witnessed the conversation this locations owner had with me and apologized for his behavior for him. This location is HORRIBLE, Unprofessional, has Bad Customer Service, and Disrespectful. Do not go to this location ever!
