I always appreciate both the professionalism and the personal touch of the City Garage staff in Duncanville. They're the tops!

I suspect the reviews for this business on YP are BOGUS! 44 reviews and all 5 stars.
Here's what happened to me: Just moved to the neighborhood from Southlake. Brought the van in for an oil change.
1) Was told I had a water leak and needed a new water pump.
2) Oil leak and needed a new lower manifold gasket.
3) Coolant flush with water pump change out.

We watch and maintain our vehicles closely. I consulted the wife. Neither of us had observed any evidence of leaking.

Called Grapevine Automotive whom we had a long relationship with while in Southlake. Scott quoted $300 less for the same work. I took it to them.

Scott called a couple hours later and said the van needed absolutely nothing!

I will be avoiding City Garage on Alexis and everywhere else in the future. I don't trust them!

Very trashy dishonet garage.. WIll over charge woman.. I left with my car having wayyy more issues than it did whn I dropped it off. They are lying con men. I called corp and before I could even express my issue the corp manager had a story for me... wanted my to believe my car was runnig fine up until I pulled in the parking lot.. Very disrespectful

City Garage is staffed by Un-skilled liars! I got my car back from a simple alignment with BODY DAMAGE! The manager told me that I dented my own car unknowingly, along with a bunch of other terrible excuses and blatant lies. Then they tried to tell me there are no rear camber adjustments....But there are! So I only received half of an alignment and a vandalized car. DO NOT TRUST CITY GARAGE!!!! ZERO INTEGRITY

Mark and the staff at City Garage run their garage with incredibly high standards for quality and customer service. This spring, I had a string of problems that occurred with my car, and Mark did not stop until the job was completed absolutely perfectly. He and his staff were warm, understanding, and patient with me. They definitely put customers first. They are also highly knowledgeable and confident about their work. I recommend this City Garage location to everyone! It is rare to find a business that is so dedicated to making sure the customer is satisfied and the job is completed to perfection.

City Garage was very professional. I went in for a free brake inspection, and they were very thorough and reasonable.

The have a great system going here. They rely on each other for advice instead of being in competition with each other.

More reliable than any other place I have ever been to. Never thought I could say that about a repair shop before, but there it is there. Great service all the way around.
