100% GREAT!

When I first started looking for cars, Adam was the only dealer that was quick to respond and be straight with me when getting quotes. Adam gave me (decision) space, and wasn't trying to force me into a deal until I was ready. He didn't play around and throw in some hidden fees when we financed. Adam definitely knows what you need to do to keep a customer coming back in the future! No need for improvement!

Everything Well Done

I would like to thank Adam for what was without a doubt the most pleasant car-buying experience I have ever been through -- for myself or when with family /friends buying cars. I had no intention of purchasing a car when I walked into John Eagle Honda - just simply to test drive the CR-V. I had my mind set on the CR-V for quite some time. But your knowledge and salesmanship not only convinced me the Accord was the better vehicle for me, but also convinced me that I needed it right then. (The fact that you pulled up the test drive Accord in the Royal Blue Pearl certainly didn't hurt. My favorite color!) Therefore I now own a beautiful 2010 Honda Accord - and I love that car.

Very Helpful!

Both my experience in January purchasing my Odyssey and our experience purchasing my husband's Civic SI were very pleasant ones. Adam Rutledge was extremely helpful and accommodating when I got my van and so I wanted to return to your dealership when my husband needed a new car and have Adam assist us once again. We were very pleased with the whole test drive and purchasing procedure. Adam was outstanding and everyone else was very efficient getting us thru the paperwork.

I have so far also had a very good experience with your service department. Thus I travel down to you for service all the way from Richardson even though there is a dealership 2 miles from my house.

A funny anecdote to my husband picking up his new car: our 11 yr old grandson was in town and went with him. Henry took one look at it and said "Pop, you're too old to be driving this car but I want it when I get my driver's license. When he told his Dad about the car that evening he was told he would get his Dad's old car and HE wanted the Civic. I had hands free device for my cell phone installed in the van…Danny was very helpful as was Kevin, even coming to my house to help with a problem I was having with it. Unfortunately, I'm still having problems but I am on vacation for 6 wks and both Danny and Kevin have called and said they will resolve the issue when I return the end of September.

Mark was a "straight-shooter" and didn't give the stereotypical "run-around".

My new car doesn't quite seem real yet. And I'm still getting used to how it feels. But it's beautiful, and I'm very pleased with it. And I enjoyed working with Mark from John Eagle Honda. Tony recommended him because he said Mark was a "straight-shooter" and didn't give the stereotypical "run-around". And I found that to be true! Thank you once again John Eagle Honda!

Over all, we are extremely satisfied with you service and would like to rate 5 out 5. Although we did not end up purchasing a car they did a great job helping us shop without pushing us to buy. We will more than likely be back here when it’s the right time for us.

WOW, I got a great deal on a 2007 Honda Accord. They lowered the interest rate and beat my bank and then gave me a great price on my tradein. I could not be happier with the honorable conduct of the folks at John Eagle Honda.

I took my car in for service. They did a wonderful job and got me out really fast. By the way their coffee is really good and they have a nice room to sit and watch TV while you wait. It was a pleasure. Susan

This dealership has a high turn over of salesman. I wonder if its because they want work with buyers and the salesman can't sell any cars if they are not able to negotiate. That was my experience. The manager tells me that all of their cars are sold with the protection package. Which it is worth $1,000.00 added to your car's MSRP. When in fact it was not true, while i was waiting for my salesman, I saw two people purchase cars that did not have any tint on them. The so called protection package has tint included. The manager began brag that I was not able to get the "car below MSRP" because they "were selling them like hot cakes." Wellll, I took my African American behind to Frank Kent Honda and got the Red Accord Coupe below MSRP!
