You can’t go wrong with purchasing a vehicle at John Eagle Honda. I bought my last car there also. I particularly like the ease of the transaction. Hats off to Ross Iver. I was referred to him by a couple of neighbors in my complex and I will most certainly pass the word to all to go see him. He’s very thorough, professional and goes out of his way to make sure every detail is looked at and discussed. Many thanks to him and the dealership.

As a listener of “Wheels with Ed Wallace”, I have become educated about the automotive industry and car buying in particular. In the past I have bought new and used cars from the closest dealership and have always had bad experiences. This time, although there is a Honda dealership within two miles of my house, I decided to go to two dealerships that are sponsors and endorsed by Ed: a Subaru dealership and Eagle Honda. Both experiences were very different than what I expected and have been used to. I decided on the Honda, and couldn’t have been more pleased with the courtesy and professionalism - from the salesman, to the title guy, to the owner (who came to greet us and thank us when we picked up the car) I even e-mailed Ed a few days ago to thank him for the “education”. Even though it’s not as convenient to drive across town, so far it’s been worth it.

Wow!!! What a great experience I had a John Eagle Honda!! Patrick Epperson was the most professional and satisfying salesman I have ever had, and the sales manager Doc Watson was tops. He really when that EXTRA mile (wink wink) to make sure I was completely satisfied! I would have paid a lot more for my car even. Hire more guys like Patrick!!

Good morning! I was coming out of the cleaners this morning with another lady and she inquired if I like my CRV as she really liked the looks but didn't know anyone who had one. I gave my "sales pitch" about John Eagle Honda and told her that if she visited to ask for Doc Watson (told her all she really had to remember was "Doc" like "What's up Doc?") Told her about your wonderful personality, no pressure approach, and of course I had to tell her that I thought so much of you I named my CRV "Doc". I asked for her name and she just said Jeanie & I told her I would let you know she might be coming in (not sure when). She is driving a white Nissan Highlander. So I hope if she comes in, she'll remember to ask for you! I couldn't help but tell her the "horror story" of our visit to (boo, hiss) Rusty Wallis and she said she would be sure NOT to go there! Did all I could so hope you meet her. Have a great day!

My experience at John Eagle Honda was exceptional. My new car got totaled the week before due to all the bad weather Dallas received and I needed a car quick. Sasan and the entire staff worked with me to find the right car that fit my needs. I had done research online and John Eagle honored the price that was online and even worked with me to get the price that I wanted. The entire staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and did not try to up sale me. They knew my needs and my budget and worked with me to find the car that I would be satisfied in for the next 6-7 years. I highly recommend John Eagle Honda.

He explained features about the Accord, discussed various finance options, was non high pressure and had very good people skills. We really believe we were dealing with a very honest person.

I tried to save money and went to an independent mechanic. BIG mistake. John Eagle not only fixed everything, they did other "extras" as well. After a "big repair," I needed another bit of work. They did it for the cost of the part! Jesse Hernandez is great and the Service Manager is, too. I would send friends and family to John Eagle. They are an exception when it comes to the "reputation" for dealerships overcharging and under-delivering. Five Stars. More if they had them. A whole constellation would be more like it.
