        Overall

        This is absolutely the worst Chic-fil-a I have ever been to as far as food taste and preparation. The service is good. The food is bad. The waffle fries are not fresh and taste like the grease needs to be changed. This has happened on more than one occasion at this location. From now on I will drive a little farther to Cedar Hill were I know the food is cooked fresh.

        Horrible service!!

        The service is horrible! The managers over socialize with customers in the drive thru. I went on my lunch break and it was taking so long. The manager was laughing and talking with a friend thru the drive thru. I was pisses!!!

        I was so pleased with the serv...

        I was so pleased with the service I received from the lencrafters in the southwest mall. Aubry (the manager) waited on myself and my husband and my customer service was outstanding!!!
