Golden Chicken

First of, why am I paying 27¢ for BBQ? Who carries a quarter and two pennies? No. Then when I get spicy chicken, who taught your workers how to do it? Some of them have like half a pinch of like Cayenne pepper, then when I got to the bottom,its like, did I get charged for all this sauce at the bottom. 63© maybe?

The chicken is great, the staff friendly, but service in Duncanville sucks. They are nickel and diming and not training their staff. First time in we ordered several buckets and sides, I like to have spares in the fridge. We had to wait until they cooked some. A crowd came in and they got our chicken and sides. When we eventually did get our stuff 45 minutes later half the sides were missing. OK everyone makes mistakes. Second visit at about supper time they did not have enough chicken for two buckets. It is a chicken restaurant. Our third and fourth visit was to KFC just down the street a bit. Today we went to Churches. We drove past 4 chicken restaurants, and a whole load of other fast food both first and second trip. I give them 8 more months if they don't get their act together. Too much competition to play around like that. One star because you can not go zero stars.

I really like golden chick and even received a gift card as a gift. I was very disappointed when I tried to use at the location in Duncanville, TX and they completely refused to take it. Quite frankly this seems absolutely ridiculous. On my gift card it says "present at Golden Chick within the United States for purchase of goods or services." This may be a game changer for me. Lucky for me there are plenty of better chicken places around here.

While their food is really good, their service is extremely slow.
