        Overall
        very poor service

        Had a service call with this company. They never showed up or called to explain what happened. Will never calm them again

        Beware of their service techs ...

        Beware of their service techs tricks! In 2008 we contracted with B&B for a 1 year service agreement after having spent $2k for them to clean the A Coil. (It was plugged due to bad filter design) Upon returning, six months later for the filter service, they tried to sell me a new A Coil "saying the old one was leaking freon". They brought out a "sniffer" to prove it was leaking. However, I used to sell the same type "sniffers" and knew they were lying about the leaks. The A/C is still cooling great almost 4 years later. Watch out for their crooked scams to sell you more than you need.
