The office staff was very responsive and attentive, and Dr. McRae was great about explaining everything, and presented us with several options, and no "sales" pressure. Very happy with this experience!!!

I really appreciated the time Dr. McRae took to explain her recommendations to treat both my tinnitus and hearing loss. She was very thorough and gave me ample time to discuss treatment options with my wife during our visit. I initially had doubts about whether a hearing aid would really help me, but that fear has been proven wrong. Everyone at Advanced Hearing Center was incredibly polite, and patiently worked with me to find what it was I needed.

Dr. Ledesma is wonderful! She is patient and friendly. The office staff is kind and helpful. Even though I have minor hearing loss my hearing aids have helped me with conversations where I easily confuse words. My kids always know when I don't have my hearing aids on. By the way no one can tell I'm warring them by sight.

I went to Advanced Hearing Center after avoiding the inevitable. Not even 40 yet and I was faced with hearing loss and finally got the courage to do something about it. From the front office, to Dr. Hinrichs, to the final decision and financials, it was a very private and smooth process. Very professional, knowledgeable, and comforting hearing center. Would recommend to anyone with slight to really bad hearing loss. No gimmicks or pressure period. Very satisfied customer.

I've had a hearing loss since I was a child and had many different surgeries on both ears. I've been in and out of ENT and audiologist offices throughout my life. In January 2008, I was having trouble at work hearing my boss/co-workers and struggling to follow along in meetings. My wife and I decided it was time to look into purchasing new hearing aids. I contacted my health insurance company to locate an audiologist on my plan. By chance, I called Advanced Hearing Center at the top of the list and they scheduled me for an initial visit with Dr. Hinrichs. My first impression of Dr. Hinrichs was that she is very intelligent, concerned about my complaints and extremely informative about the digital technology in the hearing aid world. She explained the differences in hearing aids and I was able to pick hearing aids to help overcome my disability. My experience at Advanced Hearing Center with Dr. Hinrichs was life changing. I am now able to hear everyone at work, hear my wife and able to hear on my cell phone with the new hearing aids I purchased. Dr. Hinrichs is very understanding and was dedicated to making my new hearing aids perfect. Her staff is friendly and also helped make the process very pleasant. I highly recommend doing business with this facility as this was the best experience I've ever had with an audiologist. I am so lucky to have found them through my insurance company. I have already referred two of my co-workers that also purchased hearing aids and were just as impressed with the professionalism at this office as I was.
