Total Hearing Care

Total Hearing Care have great knowledge for hearing aids and ear molds. I am very impressed with their service at Campbell and Dallas office.

This is a wonderful office. Everyone was very courtious and helpful and made me feel very much at home. Each step was explained as we did the hearing test and as I was fitted with new hearing aids. I am very satisfied with the results. I thought people would be able to tell I have hearing devices, but they are really not noticable and are very comfortable to wear. I wear them from early morning until late evening and have had no problems and it is so nice to hear what's being said around me. I didn't realize how much of the conversations I have. missed.. I would definitely recommend Total Hearing Care to everyone !

I chose Total Hearing Care at Campbell & Coit because its conveniently located between home and office. But it has been a great choice for me considering the professionalism, knowledge, and helpfulness of Dr. Copley and the staff there. I didn't know what to expect on my first visit to an audiologist, but I was very pleased with the care that was taken in the assessment of my hearing loss and in finding the best hearing aids to help me. Dr. Copley took her time in explaining every step, the available choices and cost, and after analyzing the data, she gave her opinion based on her experience and knowledge. 'Her' confidence gave 'me' confidence that I was, and have, made the right decision. Three weeks into having my hearing aids and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Total Hearing Care of Dallas and Dr. Jill Copley!
