Oriental Express

I have been yelled at several times when I've called to complain that the order wasn't right. Such as last night, there were 3 mistakes on the order and when I called, once again, the woman that answers the phone immediately became defensive, argumentative and started yelling at me. Part of the problem is a language barrier but the yelling and abuse is the real issue. The quality of the food is also a "hit and miss". The first time I ordered their Lemon Chicken it was absolutely wonderful but the next 3 or 4 times I ordered it the chicken was very, very dry, couldn't even cut it. I eventually did tell them about it but I don't think I was understood. Also, there have been many times the chicken was not fresh, which I've had to throw it away. There have been times when they've left things out of the order and they have immediately replaced the item, the driver is VERY friendly but there are also many times I've complained and been yelled at and told it was my fault.
