Absolutely horrible experience. I got a takeout order only to put it on the floor of my car for the hot curry to leak through the cheap plastic container and bag they give you. It got all over the floor of my car and I had to get it detailed which cost $100. The worse part about it was that it wasn't able to come out completely. To make matters even worse, I went to the restaurant to address my complaint which was a joke. Of course, the owner was not willing to compensate me for the damages that occurred approx. the minute i left the restaurant. It doesn't end there. I was accused of lying by one of the employees whom said It was an hour ago that I left the restaurant, which it had only been about 20-25 mins since i literally went home and immediate scrubbed the floor. The employee was the only non indian, white caucasian male there whom threatened me since I was asking for compensation for the damages and refused no for an answer, not understanding what the owner was trying to say. He threatened me asking me to meet him out in the parking lot and then while i was leaving told me he told me he gets off at ten and acted like he was reaching for a gun. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I understand that they are not liable when the food leaves the store, but when you claim more than half of your business as a carry out restaurant, then you should probably invest in materials that can handle the food you serve to be cleanly transported to the customers destination. The way they package take out orders is equivalent to putting a wet rag in a paper bag. I understand that your overhead is the costliest component of running a restaurant, but I don't think that cheap carry out materials is worth putting my reputation and quality on the line for. Definitely not worth my money or my time.
