Out of t-bone steaks!!! Wow, is this Texas?

THIS IS THEE WORST IHOP EVER! TRUST ME! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE WAITING FOR 2 AND A HALF HOURS TO GET SEATED AND SERVED! Workers have 0 customer service skills! They are always "understaffed" and that's there excuse for bad service. The manager has no idea what he is supposed to be doing. He just walks around with the telephone on his hip. I had to call him out and have him serve us the food we ordered an hour before. My nephew got so hungry waiting he started crying. And we just let him cry because that's what everybody felt like internally. I HOPE THEY CLOSE THIS STORE! They staff is unprofessional looking, they all seem like hood rats and I wouldn't feel comfortable having them serve me anything.

The Ihop on spid next to the mall has become unbearable to say the least. after three recent tries my family and i will never return there. the place is always filthy, floors,tables,chairs syrup stuck to all the bottoms of syrup bottles so bad had to pry them off. tea was nasty so ordered water....FLOATIES are in it and the outside of glass covered in food. first took 20 to take our drink order. then to get replacement drink then another replacement drink was frustrating then we get our order 35 minutes later my hash brown are burnt with nasty taste. the eggs runny and i didn't get toast til i was done eating. my daughters pancakes were mushy and under cooked. we had to ask several waiters for help off and on cause we couldn't find our waitress. like i said three strikes your out! this used to be a nice place to take your family and now its just a place that slings hash and has no customer service and no one cares to clean it. i have never complained at a restaurant in my life but i couldn't stand it on this one....the owner needs to really check out what is going on in his restaurant!
