I called to place an order. I was placed on hold and no one came on so I had to re-dial. The hostess took the order. Said it could be 30 or 20 minutes. (yes, that is what she said) Did not give me a good feeling. It normally takes 10-15 minutes

Placed order and instead of the sides I ordered received a bunch of lettuce on plate with my fish. Was finished eating before they brought me steamed broccoli which was still hard not even tender crisp. Will never eat there again.

This shouldn't get even 1 star! My family and I literally had the worst customer service at a restaurant! Food wasn't right and also cold by the time we got what we needed, got over charged for things we didn't get, rude people (even management), by the time we were ready to pay they tell us their credit card service pay is down and they have to make a copy of our cards..uhh no..Like really tell us that before we order, but we just all over bad service!! We're very disappointed! Definitely NOT coming here again soon!! >:(

i visited this establishment quite recently and have seen the food get slightly more disgusting each time. yesterday's experience was the last straw: rotten lettuce served with my food, and a fingernail clipping in my friend's ice tea. disgusting. never going there again.
