Treating mental health issues of all types for all ages.With 15 years as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience to help clients reach their counseling goals. Primarily using cognitive behavioral therapy as well as many other approaches. With 10 years of experience in public education, I am knowledgeable in working with adolescents,children and families treating behavior disorders, depression, anxiety, couples and marriage counseling and communication, coping skills. Having attended many in-services and workshops throughout my career, I feel confident in my ability to assist you in meeting your counseling goals in a solution focused approach, treating you with dignity and respect as a unique individual. Life has become so complicated, I can help you explore, identify and reduce the stressors in your life and help you deal with the difficulties in a healthy way that fits you and your needs.
