When you first begin at Trinity Drug Counseling, We will meet with your physician, so to understand your medical history. We would like to know any pharmaceutical drugs you are currently taking. If needed have your primary physician suggest what pharmaceutical drug would best help you control current addiction. When necessary, a detoxification protocol is begun and carried out under medical supervision. Every effort is taken to make this phase of treatment as comfortable as possible. Included in the psychopharmacological options are SUBOXONE to support with the craving aspect of detoxification and to enable a clearer focus on the beginning of your long term recovery process.
