Granino Pool & Spa Service

Joe had my Hayward pool filter taken from my property without my permission. When I confronted him about it he threatened me and called me profane names. He claimed that repairs to it were needed that required the entire filter component to be put on a machine. He did no such repairs as he was claiming when I spoke with him that a new cap had to be ordered. He committed grand larceny for taking my pool filter without my permission. I was so upset that I told him he could not come back on property or he would be trespassing and would call the police.

Completely unprofessional and not trust worthy. Now I need to spend over $500 to buy a new filter and have it installed. He got so upset that he continues to send me weird text messages and emails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THIS GUY IS CRAZY
