Got them thru Choice Home Warranty. 1st sign that they sucked. 2nd, she came barreling thru residential area like a NASCAR driver. She didn't do any work. Just tried to sell me upgrades. She poo-pooed my opinion which, turned out to be the problem & burned out my motor & pump system, costing me over $1500 to replace rather than under $150 if she'd done her job. She filed a bogus report to Choice that I never saw violating FSS 559. Attempts to get one were futile, so I'm filing complaints with DBPR, etc. Choice wont pay 4 valid work because of her lies. I told her I thought there was something in the elbow joint below the skimmer. She said, "That's impossible!" She's on audio surveillance. Something was found in the elbow joint. I told her I thought there was some debris build up in the impeller, but I had been unable to do any work on the motor & pump because I have left arm hemiparesis. She said, "no way. Impeller had debris.
