Dodge Family Chiropractic

I have seen 10+ chiropractors due to constant moving and I truly believe the magic a good adjustment can bring. After being pregnant, I had to look for pregnancy specialized chiropractors, which led me to leave my usual chiropractor temporarily and see dr dodge instead.

He is twice as expensive compared to other chiropractors I've been to. However, his results doesnot justify his price. I didn't see an improvement in anything after seeing him. Now I go to another prenatal chiropractor all the way in McKinney, who is much much more effective in fixing problems, and only charges 25% of the price.

He does not care about his patients! I asked for an itemized receipt for insurance reimbursement. He said he will email it to me. A month later, no receipt. I called a few times and left voice mails over the next 2 months. I called the same phone number I used to make an appt with him before. So I know the phone number was working. Still, he never bothered to call me back or send me the itemized receipt my insurance company asked for. I ended up having to drive all the way to his office to get the simple receipt! When he saw my face in the office, he immediately said that he will get me the receipt, which further proved the he got my voicemails all this time and simply ignored to take any action.

Finally, after 3 months, 4 phone calls, and finally driving to the office to get a simple receipt!

This is not a doctor who cares about patients at all. I will not recommend him to my friends and family.
