Coppell Family Medical Center

They dont deserve a rating. My husband walked into the office and the front staff refused to give him appointment. He was completely congested and eyes were red and could hardly talk, but the front office staff refused to see him or accomodate him. They didn't even bother asking why he was there for. All they said was we cannot accomodate you. The doctor is awesome, but the bad rating is because of her front desk staff - rude and incompetent

Horrible office staff. the only reason I stay is because my doc is great (Roberson). it may not be worth the aggravation of total chaos

I can not believe that these people continue to run a medical office. What happen to the compassion and dignity that doctors used to have? I found neither at this medical center. Except for a couple members of the staff, majority there was rude and unable to help.
