Tommy Nails

Arrived at the salon and was directed to a seat. It had not been cleaned and had to wait until it was clean. Than was directed to soak my feet, were I sat for almost an hour. Then several ladies came in the salon and took seats. The tech. that was right next to me doing someone's pedicure finished her client and proceeded to get one of the ladies whom had just walked in the door. At this point I had been there a full hour and twenty minutes. Her boss came over and commanded her to take me and do services for me. She turned and asked " are you sure?" she obviously did not want to do my service. she then asked again, if her boss wanted her to do my pedicure. After that she finally complied, but never spoke to me. At all: For the full time she was doing service. Until I started talking to her and explaining what I wanted on my nails. I felt the salon has grown callus and impersonal. Will never go there again. Treatment was horrible and the service of the manicure didn't last a week!!!

They let me soak my feet in the pedi chair for an hour until water got cold and no one even came ask how I am doing. I ended up walking out of the shop and a nail tech was staring at me as if I was doing anything wrong. Such a hard feeling!

I actually called to ask about the difference in acrylics and solar nails because I wanted the least harsh nails because my nails are thin and asked if someone was available for me to speak with. To my complete shock I was informed no one there had time to talk to me so no one would want to take time to answer me or call me back. How rude and unprofessional!!!

They do awesome job and friendly staff " I go here every time I need fill in or just a broken nail"

I went here while I was here in Tennessee and considering I am a VERY VERY picky picky customer ?? I LOVE this place !!!! And it's inexpensive but with GREAT friendly staff that do AMAZING jobs !!!!

If you want to spend all day getting your nails done, then this is the place for you!! Even if you have a set appointment time, you'll sit in a hard chair waiting for a VERY long time. Medi was doing my nails and I would call and schedule appointments. Never once did I ever get in on time. Once I sat and waited for 1 hour and 35 minutes from the time my appointment was scheduled for. She did 2 other fill ins and 2 pedicures. It's every time I schedule an appointment I have to wait for an extended period of time. She is either with walk-in customers or she just isn't there. I guess all of her partying that she tells her clients she does, you can't have morning appointments with her. The last appointment I had was at 10am. I waited until after 11 and she never showed up. The rude owner never said anything to me except at 10:25 he told me she was on her way. Well, she's told me she doesn't live far from there so I know it doesn't take that long to get to the shop. I walked out because I was tired of waiting. Generaly she did good work, but when I would take her nail art I wanted, she did it her own way and at times it didn't look like what I wanted or she wouldn't listen to what colors I wanted and did what she wanted and I got tired of listening to her personal problems and her talking about partying and drinking. I am very very disappointed on the shop's lack of customer service and that they can't even keep appointments that are scheduled in advance.

I have been coming here for about 4 years now. They have never let me down .
