Bella Nail

On my 1st visit I had a basic manicure, it was OK, but the atmosphere was not very friendly, a man (the owner) did my nails, hardly spoke, while another female had a customer & a 2nd female (wife of owner) did her own nails and gossiped about another "customer"? (who likes white nail polish, but drives a filthy car). I returned the following week, had a gel french manicure by a lovely young women. Later that day my manicure was ruined, (maybe soaked up dye from a new pair of pants I wore?). When I googled the problem - turns out gel nails are very porous. I returned to the salon and asked if it could be remedied. The Male owner recognized me and accused me of coloring my hair, or painting on top of my new manicure. When I assured him I did not, explained about the pants and again asked can it be fixed. * I did not ask for a return OR for anything FREE - only what can we do??? He kept repeating that I colored my hair and in X# years he has never seen this. I asked if he was calling me a liar - he raised his voice and kept accusing me. His wife/co-owner chimed in with more nastiness. I said "Well you have just lost a customer" and exited the shop. He came outside and yelled across the parking lot "We don't need you...don't come back". I was polite the whole time - each visit I tipped over 25% - I was not asking for anything but a solution to the problem. This was not a language issue - it was a BAD & UGLY ATTITUDE! Had I known the 1st visit that he & his wife are the owners - I would not have given the shop a 2nd chance.

I have been going to Bella Nails for almost 10 years. Miss Tina (the owner's wife) is wonderful at pink and white solar. She never drills too deeply as do some of the others. They all do very good pedicures and manicures as well as gel nails.

I found that some people in this nail salon can be rude. I did not like how the lady snap at me when I told her how fast she did my pedi. My daughters felt like the atmosphere were a little tense an unwelcoming. We had to wait on the lady because she was to busy playing with her iPhone. The lady hardly spoke any English and was really hard to understand. I had asked her to trim my toenails but she had replied that it did not need a trim and look fine the way it was. My youngest daugther pedi only took fifteen mins. I am a paying costumer and I felt like I was not getting my money worth at all.
