Hi my name is Lisa Long I just wanted to send you a quick email about nick who works for you. He was so wonderful and helped me so much right after my accident today. He told me how to talk to the insurance people and they got me a rental right away with his advice. I couldn't have made it through this stressful day without his amazing help. I had my 4 month old in the car with me and was really shaken up and he went out of his was gave me his cell and told me to call him day or night. I believe that if you treat people well kindness comes back to you so I just wanted to take the time to recognize nick's fine work to you.
