I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. The 3C kept our explorer for 24 days for a door replacement. This meant charging $900 dollars for a rental car— they use their own rental car— so we freely advertised their shop for 24 days. When we asked them to work with us, the general manager Kevin Darst became belligerent. We were rightly frustrated and Kevin would only speak with my husband. He became very angry, yelling that he would not work with “smart alec people” and only would bring my husband back to to his office. He began to say that he would work with us if we promised not to post on social media, but my husband asked to speak with someone else. They said there was no one else to talk to as he was the general manager and would not release my car to us before we paid the $900 for the rental car. When I said we intended to dispute the charges with the credit card company, another employee— Kevin Bates threatened to only accept cash because it was a “moral issue.” Kevin threatened that I could talk to his lawyer and displayed an incredible attitude of sexism by only allowing my husband back to his office and saying that he would only work him — not me. We are frankly shocked and horrified that the general manager of a large chain of stores would treat his customers in this way.

If this link works it is a copy of my bill for an estimate I never received. They held my truck ransom until I paid it. On top of that, they burned a hole in my dash, tore my seat and scratched my truck all over.

I got into a hit and run car accident on September 25, 2016. I took my car to Three-C Body Shop on September 30, 2016 to get my side rear door fixed. It is now November 18, 2016 and my car is still not finished. They have called and told me on three separate occasions to inform me when my vehicle is expected to be completed and each time they call days before to tell me that my car won't be ready. Tammy Otsot is the representative assigned to me and her customer service skills are very disappointing. She made me feel like I was a burden when speaking with her in regards to the completion of my car. She also told me there was nothing they could do when I had to return my rental car and had no alternative vehicle to use. However, my mother called and spoke with her days later, she told her they could get another rental for me to use. I got my second rental just a few days ago and today she called and told me to return my rental and they were going to provide me with a loaner car. And she made sure to tell me not to inform my insurance company about it, which I thought was strange. Overall my experience with Three-C Body Shop has been very stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone, at least not this location.

Just an absolutely great experience from start to finish after a deer ran straight into the side of our Lexus that we had purchased less than a week before. Three-C fought with our insurance company (State Farm) to make sure that everything was done correctly and with safety in mind when the insurere, originally, wanted to cut a few corners on the repairs. The work was absolutely immaculate and we were kept up to date with regular phone calls and e-mail messages throughout the process. We would not hesitate to recommend Three-C to anyone in need of collision repairs. Thank you for the great work and the professionalism!!

Three-C Body Shop made my 2009 Mazda3 look brand new! They used brand new parts and completely restored it to its original condition. I am totally thrilled by their service and would highly recommend them for collision repair.

It is easy to give a 5 star review when everything goes as planned. In my case it did not. There were several unplanned delays, some of which where caused by Three C. I think a real test is how a business handles adversity. Three C didn't kept me in the loop, notified me when they messed up, fixed their mistake, and covered the cost of my rental for the additional time I was without my vehicle.

They did a great job on my truck. The story behind my truck is to long for this. My Truck means the world to me, to say the least. I was hit. I took my truck to them. They never had an issue answering status questions and even sent me pictures. The paint matches great! The insurance company was trying to use used parts. We put a stop to that. 3C informed me right away. I had my truck back a month or so. Few things had settled in and needed minor adjustments. Prolly don't happen often. I took it to them they adjusted on the spot. Great service.

I got into a pretty bad accident on a snowy day. I called 5 different body shops and none of them would take my business because they were " over booked" I called Three c and they sent a tow truck to come get me right away!!! and a few weeks later I got my car back in perfect condition. They took care of everything for me. I didn't even had to deal with the insurance company.

I also loved that they washed my car when I picked it up. Very nice people, very good service.

Unfortunately, we've had to have body work done a couple of times over the course of the last seven years or so. We'v gone to Three-C both of those times The professionalism and quality of work offered by the team at Three-C Body Shop is second-to-none. The owner, Bob Juniper, is the consummate professional and demands perfection from his staff. It's immediately apparent why Three-C Body Shop is the leader in their industry! The work done on our SUV and older BMW was absolutely flawless. The vehicles looked like they just pulled off of the showroom lot once the crew at Three-C was finished. We wouldn't consider taking our vehicles anywhere else than Three-C - and we've recommended them to many of our friends and colleagues, who have all had great experiences! Thank you Bob Juniper, for standing-up to the insurance companies for what is right, and for the excellent work that your people do.

I had my daughters car repaired here. She goes to collage in Cincinnati. so we needed it back asap (we live in Columbus). They did a great job and it was done ahead of schedule. They did tell me they might find other damage when the repair started so it may take longer, but they were still early. And it looked great. We were able to send her back to school at the end of break with no stress. Thanks Guys! I hope we never need you again, but if we do we'll be back.

3C bad I would NOT recommend anybody STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I owned 2011 Mazda CX 9 and got in a accident and car was damage not drivable i call them and SADA said we cannot come out to see the car in order to provide a esitmate you have to towed it to here and will pay the towing charges .Got my car towed there and than they inspected it and IIEANA said" If you want to get it repair you estate is about 10 thousand if you decide not to repair with us here is bill for 2thousand dollars. which include :part fees $235.00 what part ?

After the car dealer refused to fix a defective door hinge on my new car (that had punched through the body and left a big hole) then falsely attributed the damage to a collision that never happened, we brought it to a company, and a person, we KNEW we could trust and depend on to do us right: 3C Body Shop and Bob Juniper. Bob was happy to fix it--fast and well. When we are treated well by a company they get customers for life and we always recommend them to everyone we know. Our whole family is appreciative of the care and excellent service we have always received and will go nowhere else.

Three C Body Shop is the only place I will go for collision repair. After my son's car was hit, Three C was the only advocate for us. They educated us about what kind of work was needed for a safe and proper repair. Three C knows the high tech details of what will make the car safe enough to be back on the road and protect what is precious to you. The insurance company didn't care about fixing my car right. They cared only about limiting their costs. You need to have someone on your side in this situation. Three C will fix your car right.

On 9/15/15 I attempted to get an estimate on damage to my vehicle from an accident by going to the Lewis Center office. During the initial interaction the estimator tells me he can't give me an estimate as it will be "thousands of dollars" to fix the damage and he'd have to take it apart to know how much. I said sure, I need the estimate for the insurance. Because it's an older car he had trouble entering the VIN and says "...well if the car has been chopped up you may have VIN troubles..." , as if it were stolen or something (?) I happened to be wearing a ball cap that indicated I was a combat vet and as I'm taking it off he asked if I had been in the service, I said Yes, I'm still in. He then proceeds to ask me "...you born here in the states?" I stopped what I was doing and looked up at him because I couldn't believe I heard him correctly - did he just ask a Hispanic, 30+ years of service, combat veteran, field grade officer, if I was born in the United States??? I very bluntly said, "As a matter of fact I was born in New York City" and then continued writing. After numerous attempts he finally called someone, then said to me over and over "I don't know what to tell you, I can't write it up for you". The phone rings and he raises a finger and says "Hold on" (not Excuse Me) and proceeds to take a call for over 5 minutes as if I weren't even sitting in front of him - the lady's insurance info, vehicle info, rental car arrangements, etc., and when I got fed up & got up to leave he never even so much as looked up from his desk at me. Three C: Cynical, Contemptuous & Condescending... never again.

I had hit a deer ever so slightly on my front fender. Busted the headlamp and fender and cracked my bumper. I got an appraisal from my insurance, took it in to Three-c, and they discovered additional damage that was not visible until they got into it. They contacted my insurance for me and completed a supplemental damage report. They really did their due diligence in making sure things were done right the first time. My car was in the shop for over a week but I understand why. I will recommend them to everyone I know who might happen to need body work done.

My car was hit by a drunk driver while parked on the side of the street. She did not have insurance either.



I originally took my car to Mallory's body shop. This was advised to me by my State Farm agent, she said they have done good work on her cars in the past. Said State Farm agent did not say this was one of their "preferred" shops.



I decided to have my car towed to Mallory's and see what the estimate would look like. After two days no one had contacted me about any estimates. I received a phone call from another shop (not to be disclosed) about gaining their business. I told them that my investment would be for nothing if my car was fixed. I was parked on the side of the street and someone plowed into me making my car worthless after repair for trade in or private sale. With car fax readily available to everyone I would be red flagged before I got out of the gates. Said shop sales person told me to take my car to 3C, stating they will help make sure my car is looked at correctly.



When I called Mallory's to have my car released they tried to charge me $509 dollars for towing fees, administrative fees......etc ( a joke, I live 5 miles from their shop). Upon calling my State Farm agent they said they had already received an esitamte from Mallory's the day before for $6,227 dollars. Said State Farm agent told me now that I have moved my car it would take much longer to get it fixed.



(Note that no one had called me from State Farm or Mallory's about the estiamte, even during the phone call to release my car to 3C)



Said 3C representative handled everyting without a hitch, I did not have to deal with anyone directly.



(I just wanted to make everyone aware you have to be a HUGE pest with both parties, Insurance and Body Shop to make things happen)





When I KBB'd my car it came to $7.000, which is still good for a 2005 with 98.000 miles on it. State Farm is supposed to total loss a car at 80% well judging by the estiamte my car should have been totaled........It was not.



After moving it to 3C (a gentleman that I will not disclose took care of me) he absorbed the $509 for expenses and had my car picked up from Mallory's (this was a 10 second phone call stating they were going to charge me $509 dollars and he said don't worry about it we will pay it)



Mallory's Quote $6,227........not Totaled

3C's Quote $8,303........Totaled



After the whole process I received a more than comprable check for the value of my car. This is not a stabe at my insurace company at all, they really took care of me with rental and pay out all together. This is just to let everyoine know that some insurance company's are in fact in bed with preferred shops. If I did not have my car moved to 3C I would have a fixed car done wrong with no value. Now I have a new car that I have invested in and hope to pass along.
