i would like to let everybody know that if you want a great looking tattoo at a shop that makes you feel like family then go to Sweet Baby Octane !!!! the staff their is very nice and will work with you to help you pick out the best color and placement for your tattoo, be far the best shop i have ever been in !!! D-Willy is one of the best tattooers i have ever seen and his staff is top notch !!!!!

I've been going to Sweet Baby Octane for 4 years now. D is currently in the process of finishing my arm sleeve, and he's also done alot of ink on my other arm.

D Willy, Dan and Mike are extremely professional and D's shop is always immaculate. Whenever I go over there, I have an awesome experience. D listens to what I want and is patient. His artwork is amazing. He runs on time. (I don't like to wait much :) )Can't say enough about how skilled he is. His tattooing is always perfect and he's very creative with what he draws for me. I have never been disappointed!

Although I haven't personally had any color tattoos done, the color work I have seen is brighter and more vibrant than any other. The experience is top notch with respect and experience. Great people, great artists. By far the best shop.

If you want great work, especially custom, you have to go see Mike Gombeda. He has been doing work for me for 5 years and I would not even consider anyone but him!! You have to see his work to appreciate his true talent and passion for what he does. Awesome lines, good eye, great ideas, good prices!!! He wont disapoint for sure.

The location is cool, the shop is even cooler and the guys are the coolest guys you'll ever meet. Extremely professional, the shop is decked out and clean as a whistle. Any concerns or inhibitions are left at the door because the minute you walk in, your made to feel welcomed. Mike G tattoos me and what can I say? He's amazing. A true artist and professional. He loves what he does and accepts no less than perfection. A guy that can grab a pen and free hand the most amazing stuff I've ever seen is the guy that keeps me coming back for more. Mike has done a few of my tattoos and every one of them is more beautiful and more perfect than I could have ever imagined. It is an honor to wear his work.

D Willy is an excellent artist. He gave me a half sleeve that everyone loves. He can do black and gray very well but is known for his colors. I got some of both. The detail he can include is ridiculous. I paid a grand for my half sleeve which is very reasonable for size, color, detail, time and how amazing it is. I will definitely go back there again. The shop is awesome and he's very clean and fun to work with. Drop him an email and visit the shop.

What is there to say about Sweet Baby except that it's THE place to go for your ink, kids! I was on tattoo hiatus for almost 6 years prior to discovering these bad boys because I just couldn't find anyone who did art the way I like it. But both J Michael Taylor and D Willy have exceptional skills and I simply will not go anywhere else for the art that I am proud to have on my body for the rest of my life. Each of their pieces is a masterpiece and aside from the art itself, both these guys make you feel so comfortable the minute you sit in their chairs! Anxiety about getting tattooed is a thing of the past because I know I'm in good hands with these Picassos. I don't even go in with a solid idea anymore! I just put the thought out of what I want and know it will be done right. I have known D for over 10 years. I have hours of time in the chair getting inked, and I have no problem saying he is the best artist I have had the pleasure of being tortured by! At this point I give him general ideas and let him go to work, never been let down! D is the best in Columbus, and you won't experience the the campus atmosphere like you do in most shops in Columbus.

I highly recommend Sweet Baby Octane for your next tattoo. You will not find better artist or tattooist in Columbus. The first tattoo I got at Sweet Baby Octane was almost 13 years ago.....and It still looks as though I just had it done. I have since had D Willy (Sweet Baby Octane) tattoo a complete sleeve on my lower leg, a sleeve in progress on my left arm, a back piece. After seeing my tattoos virtually all of my freinds and even some of my family including my wife have all since been tattooed by Sweet Baby Octane. You will not brighter colors anywhere. And the most important thing is that the colors last. That is one of the biggest compliments I get on my tattoos is how bright they are. And then people say "did you just get that done?" And with a smile on my face I reply "No, it was done a few years ago." If you are thinking about where to go and get your next or your first tattoo check this shop out. I am confident that after you do you will not go anywhere else. And with the addition of artist J. Micheal Taylor(sorry if I spelled that wrong J) Sweet Baby Octane is second to no one when it comes to art or ink. D. Willy at Sweet Baby Octane is the only artist I let near my skin! I got my first tattoo from him and have been coming back ever since. His artwork is amazing and never fails to completely obliterate all my expectations. I have a tattoo from him thats about 2 years old and people always ask me if I just got it freshly done. Just today, a solicitor at my door asked me for D.'s business card that I had on my fridge after seeing his work on me. The shop is super clean and the guys are always friendly, all while providing a professional, yet relaxing atmosphere. The cherry on top is the shop's well-suited decor and D.'s hand-picked soundtrack playing in the background. It's not just getting a tattoo, it's a whole tattoo experience!

I first went to Sweet Baby Octane to watch my boyfriend get a tattoo, after seeing the work they did....I had to get one too. Then I loved it so much....I got another. I'm planning my next one. Sweet Baby Octane has done the best tattoo's that I have seen. They are professional and VERY dedicated to their work, their art and their reputation. I would recommend them to anyone!

This was my third visit to Sweet Baby Octane and let me tell you it won't be the last. The shop is extremely clean and the Guys and VERY professional!. The work they do is amazing and I can't begin to express how happy I am with my tattoos!! They take the time to sit and really talk to you about what your looking for in your tattoo. They also give you their creative advice which I personally think is the best out there. If your looking for a new shop or your first one Sweet Baby Octane is the place to go!!!

sweet baby octane is one of the best experiences i've had getting a tattoo. the art work and color is second to none and the prices are very reasonable. i've been to other tattoo shops and i felt i was bothering them or they really didn't want my business and or the prices were just outrageous. the artist at sweet baby octane are friendly, professional and really make you feel they appreciate your business. i for one will no longer go elsewhere for a tattoo.

I went To Sweet Octane Baby nearly 3 years ago for a pretty large custom piece on my back. D was amazing. He drew it up in minutes while discussing my interests. He was very comforting and managed to keep me relaxed through the whole experience. 3 years later the colors still look amazing. I love it so much in fact that I'm going back for more. I have complete faith in D's art work and ability. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a custom tattoo that'll blow away the competition.

These two artist's at Sweet Baby Octane really know how to make a person feel welcomed. The shop when you first walk in is very tastefully decorated in Victorian Decor unmatched by any other shop I've ever seen. It is immaculately clean and when you get to the counter you are warmly comraderized by two of the best artist's in the country(if they aren't busy giving someone some awesome ink) D. Willy and J. Michael are two of the easiest people to get along with in my personal opinion(all but one of my tattoos have been done by these two and thats what keeps me coming back) and when you sit down in their chairs you feel like you've known them your whole life, they keep a very professional yet laid back type of feel about them and they really make you feel right at home.

They do some of the best artwork these eyes have ever had the pleasure of seeing and if you don't believe me, go in and check it out, its all over every inch of the shop. These two in my opinion are the best artist in town, the most reasonably priced for the high quality of work that they do, and have mine and countless others highest order of respect.

D.Willy of Sweet Baby Octane has been all over the world making people very happy with his work. "D" has done a few Tats on me and I must say, even after 8 yrs on some of them, they still look like I just got them last week.

He is the Tattoo Artist of the people, by the people, for the people!

I now have 2 tattoos I've had done by D Willy and am going for a third this weekend....It doesnt get any better! The tattoos are breathtaking everytime and you feel extremely comfortable!!
