Mallards Landing

No rating given as the so called management at this location has poor communication and delegates their responsibilities to other office personnel. This communication issue developed immediately after I moved in approximately 1 yr/3 months ago which I overlooked as "a poor management skill set"! The biggest problem is the ROACHES in which they continuously deviated from how the process should be implemented per the companies guidelines. And, in doing so since I've been so adament in getting this problem resolved weekly or bi-weekly with continuous communication which consisted of leaving messages with minimal return calls as they would only act on my message to appease me ignoring the process to resolve the problem in its entirety. I regret that I renewed my lease but only the communication issue existed at the time in hopes it would get better through coaching this young staff on professionalism through my complaints but unfortunately they're creatures of habit! I would not refer or advise my worse enemy nonetheless advise anyone to move into Mallards Landing due to the infestation of roaches and their lack of concern to resolve or follow the process laid out by the professional extermination company as well as the communication as in most cases you had to leave a message and cross your fingers that a call was returned.
