I recently went to Weinle Auto...

I wouldn't send anyone there!!

I recently went to Weinle Auto Sales East to look at a vehicle, which I did end up purchasing, and I am now regretting it tremendously!! The staff seemed nice and I thought I was getting a good deal, however, after just a few days of driving the vehicle, I realized I was wrong. I couldn't drive it down the road without it overheating! After replacing some parts and still not being able to fix the problem, we sent it off to a garage. Luckily, the vehicle came with a powertrain warranty, so I felt somewhat relieved (until later). Mechanics looked at the vehicle told us the intake gasket was blown and the head was so warped it couldn't be sent off to fix. The warranty would not pay for a new head because of the overheating or for the new spark plugs, wires, etc.. This garage also said that new tires, tire rod ends, and an alignment were needed and that we hadn't had the vehicle long enough to do the kind or amount of damage that had been done to this car. They had suggested us to call Weinle Auto Sales and explain what was going on, that maybe they would pay for some of these expenses since all of the problems were pre-existing. I have paper work from a Glockner GM Super Store (where this vehicle was sent to be fixed) stating this car was UNSAFE TO DRIVE!! We called Weinle and explained all of this to them and they said that we had bought the car "as is" and they wouldn't pay for anything. We did buy the car as is, but we were told we were buying a car that didn't have any problems, plus it came with a 3 month/5 thousand mile powertrain warranty. At the moment, I have had the vehicle just a little over a month it spent 3 weeks of that in the garage) and over $2200.00 has been spent on repairs... and we're not even done with it all yet! This vehicle has been a nightmare and we can't just go buy another one...we're stuck with it!

I wouldnt send anyone there i sent an email to them asking for pictures and bottom line on a vehicle that was posted online they emailed me back aski mg me to call with a phone number the gentlemen on the phone asked which car i told him and explained i live in buffalo and wanted to see some pictures and what his bottom line price was for a cash deal he asked me what was it listed for i said 3999 he said cheap huh i said no one just sold in kentucky for 2k with less miles he said well its the wrong time of year have a nice day i said i know its tax time he.said yes have a nice day and hung up not sure why he couldnt give me a price i understand hes probably in the car for more money but to just blow me off was disrespectful
