Friendly, honest and reliable aren't words you often hear when someone is describing an automobile dealership, but it's the perfect description of my experience at Joe Kidd Automotive/Mitsubishi over the years. Whether it's Sales, Service, Parts or Body Shop, their staff consistently takes care of my automotive needs. I feel confident recommending them to family and friends because I know they will treat them right.

Just bought a new Lancer, runs great with 34 mpg. Joe Kidd did a great job and I will be back. I've bought over 20 cars from these guys now and they never let me down. Service is there when ever I need it with great follow through. Thanks!!

I've been taking my cars to Joe Kidd for sevice for the past 5 or so years, and have always had a great experience. They've always been helpful, courteous, and easy to deal with. I would recommend any family or friends to go there for car sales or service.

I purchased my car from Joe Kidd and have had all maintenance and service work performed by them. I have found the staff to be extremely knowledgable, profiencient and courteous. I live on the west side of Cincinnati and recently had an automobile accident. When determining where to have my automobile towed to I did not hesitate to have it towed to Joe Kidd Mitsubishi to have the repair work done. Brian has been superb in handling all aspects of ensuring that the repair work is done to my satisfaction. In the future when I need to purchase a new/used vehicle I will not hesitate to bypass all dealerships on the west side and head directly to Joe Kidd Mitsubishi.

I use Joe Kidd for all of my service work. They service both mine & my daughter's cars. I've never had an issue, anything I need gets done in a timely and efficient manner. I've had family members purchase vehicles from there & the sales & finance departments did everything they could to put them in their new cars.

This is a brand new Mitsbishi Dealership, as such, they really seem to go out of their way to help out. There is no other Mitsu dealers on the east side of town, so this is great. I'm sure there are going to be some growing pains, but I was pretty impressed. They took good care of me!

If your Mitsubishi needs service, take it elsewhere!!! Even if it is a drive, it's got to be better than this place. Took my car in for a recall and was given poor service and now I am forced to take my car back in for problems that are new as of taking it to them for an unrelated issue. Not geared toward customer service AT ALL!! Watched techs spit chewing tobacco on the floor and simple things like resetting my clock and radio presets weren't done either. NOT what you expect from a dealership...also, even though the recall only took 1.3 hrs per the invoice, I was told I would have to leave it there ALL day even though I made an appt. and made it clear it was an inconvenience. NOT recommended. I would assume sales are lousy as well based on my experience with the service dept.

I'm not sure who those other people dealt with, as I had a very straight forward salesperson and they were more than patient and understanding of my financial situation. I was able to purchase the car I wanted and was given exceptional service from both my salesperson and the manager.

Stay away from getting service from this place! Since the change in ownership and service manager, it's gone downhill....
