Robby does fantastic work and quickly. I won't go anywhere else for alterations!

Robby did a fantastic job altering my daughters prom gown. His work was excellent and finished when promised. I would highly recommend Robby's work!

Robby's Quality Alterations may be the MOST unprofessional business I have ever came in contact with. He was late with ALL of my alternations and is extremely rude. Waiting at his shop while he finished my items it seems as though he is always late with the majority of his customers as well. If you can't get something back to a customer than why say you can? When he noticed I was upset about not having any of my items done ONE TOO MANY TIMES he began being disrespectful, would say smart comments, spoke to me in a rude condescending way and was just extremely unprofessional!! I am in shock by the way this man acts and runs his business. You can not run a business where you treat your customers the way he does. If I were you I would never step foot in his establishment and go somewhere better. BEWARE!

Alterations is a science - I have given Robby many huge sewing challenges and he exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Robby's for alterations from buttons to complete pants restructuring. Seifert.

I would not ever go back here. Not only was the tailoring late, but the work wasn't even done with one item. When I went to inquire, he opened the door, let me in and reviewed my pants as we discussed the error. He then turned quite nasty, telling me he wasn't going to do it now (which of course I never asked for) and I should apologize for coming into his store because he was closed on Wednesdays! I simply stated, why did you open your door and let me in? He got nastier and demanded I apologize for coming into his store! I would never do business with this establishment again.

Robby's assistant Irina handles the fitting. She knows fashion and offers her opinion freely. Robby has golden hands - he can tailor anything. They make a great team.
