        Thursday (May 30th 2013) was my very first visit to Tint World in Charlotte. 1 word can sum up my experience. OUTSTANDING!! The Manager, Tom is 100% friendly and professional, throughout the process from start to finish, from phone call to drop off to completion, Tom was fantastic.



        Tom's employee, Tony detailed my car. Tony made the car look BETTER than the day I bought it! Tony was amazingly professional, friendly and had a totally solid work ethic and a terrific attention to detail.



        If you need any installations, detailing, tinting etc, RUN don't walk to Tint World South Blvd Charlotte, you will not be disappointed

        I wanted to write to you to share my experience with Randy Harris, Manager of Tint World and John, his Tech.



        My car would not crank during the process of them adding remote start to my car. Randy said it was because the dealership should have given me a faub with this car. Randy then offered me a ride home all the way from Charlotte, NC to Rock Hill, SC that very night. I had the car towed to the dealership and the service manager charged me $380.00 to remove the wiring from Tint World and re-splice the factory wires and “flash” my new faub to my car.



        When I went to Tint World I told Randy what the dealership said. He showed me the actual wires that had been attached and they WERE NOT spliced. Nor was the factory wiring within my car. I was very upset the dealership did this to me.



        Randy’s response was to offer a refund of my entire amount I had originally paid for the remote start and compensate me for the ENTIRE amount the dealership charged me. THIS IS UNHEARD OF!! He felt very badly that I had been through so much and even though he strongly feels Tint World was not at fault he didn’t want his customer to suffer.



        On hearing this from him I offered a compromise. He installed the remote start and even tinted my windows at a better than normal price. He then wrote me a check for the difference.



        This is the most wonderful example of extraordinary customer service that I have ever experienced and I am the Customer Service Rep for my department. I heartily recommend anyone who is thinking of work for their car to visit Tint World.
